Fi has composed for theatre shows, short films and animations. Having studied piano from a young age, Fi learnt a range of classical and contemporary works. She continued her musical training at The BRIT School and ICMP, allowing her to develop her musical skills before going on to gain a First class BA (hons) in Audio Production at SAE London. As a composer she draws influences from minimalist, impressionist, jazz and experimental music. She has released an EP De Lin under the pseudonym Fia Yana, which recomposes a Debussy prelude using extended piano techniques.

As a sound designer, Fi has worked on theatre shows at the Gate Theatre, Notting Hill and the Edinburgh Fringe; and on short films, animations, and infographic videos. Her clients range from independent animation studios such as Dragonbee and Sharp Eyes to international tech company Huawei. Her work has been featured in the Pictoplasma Festival 2020.
